Doug joined Rangeland as VP Research and Development in March of 2012.  Previously, Doug was VP of Operations for Canrig Drilling Technology Canada.  Prior to that, VP of Engineering, a Shareholder and Director of Pragma Drilling Equipment Ltd. Doug was responsible for all product development, technical service, technical sales, commercialization and production of Pragma’s product lines.  With 10 years oilfield experience, and over 20 years experience with automated equipment, hydraulics and manufacturing,  Doug brings tremendous product insight and vision to assistRangeland in its overall corporate growth.

Kevin Kerr

Kevin Kerr, Rangeland’s founder, has more than 20 years of experience with business start-up and development, in addition to his experience in custom equipment design, manufacturing and project management. He has been instrumental in successfully completing several multi-million dollar projects, as well as the overall expansion of Rangeland's customer base and its move into the International Oil and Gas equipment market.

Patrick Arnell is Chairman of Rangeland and the Company’s CFO. After completing his MBA in 1986, Mr. Arnell spent 5 years in commercial banking followed by 5 years in the corporate office of a rapidly growing oil and gas service company working on corporate acquisitions and divestures.  In 1992 he acquired Rayton Packaging Inc. and grew it significantly from a local packaging company to one with extensive operations in China, Chile, Mexico and the United States. After selling the Company in 2005, he invested in several companies as a founding shareholder and director, including Rangeland Industrial Service Ltd.  Mr. Arnell is responsible for strategic planning, corporate governance and special project work for Rangeland, in addition to his responsibilities as the Company’s CFO.

Mark Taggart

Mark has been the driving force behind the design, development and implementation of Rangeland’s current product lines, and key to adding the mining industry to Rangeland’s portfolio. Prior to joining the company in May 2009, Mark was a key senior member and shareholder of Pragma Drilling Equipment, where he was responsible for product line development and technical development of various products. With 15 years of oilfield equipment design and manufacturing experience, Mark assisted in overall product line and company growth and the resulting final sale of Pragma to Nabors Industrials in 2006.
